Invicta Fighting Championships or InvictaFC is an acronym for mixed martial arts fans. Anthem Sports & Entertainment has the ownership of Invicta FC, which was founded by Shannon Knapp & Janet Martin. Learn more about these women who made the company so successful. Invicta Fighting Championships

Invicta Fighting Championships, otherwise known as Invicta FC, is an American mixed martial arts promotion. Janet Martin, Shannon Knapp and Anthem Sports & Entertainment founded it in 2012. The organization has seen great success in recent times and recently moved to another arena. They also added the T-Mobile Arena in 2013 to their event schedule.

Veronica Rothenhausler

Veronica Rothenhausler has a long history of impressive amateur results. The California native is an Olympic Gold Medalist and recently relocated to Sacramento to train under Urijah Faber and Joseph Benavidez. She's been training with some the most respected MMA trainers worldwide and will be making her professional debut against Katalina Mallungahu. Rothenhausler was undefeated in amateur competition before she suffered two concussions in a span of three weeks. She has a win over UFC fighter Ashlee Evans Smith, and hopes to continue to make her dream a reality.

Tara La Rosa

In the past, Tara LaRosa has been one of the best women's MMA fighters in the world. She has been living in Philadelphia near her hometown of Woodstown, Pennsylvania, but recently decided to leave the city to pursue jobs in Washington, D.C. after her submission victory over Kelly Warren. LaRosa is now part of the all-female Invicta Fighting Championships organization. The championships can be viewed online right now.


Michelle Waterson

Michelle Waterson, a mom of two, made a comeback into mixed martial arts in 2012. In 2007, she was the first to compete in MMA. She has been a top female fighter in the sport ever since. Invicta Fighting Championships Atomweight crown was won in 2013. She credits her success to motherhood. It's not often that a UFC title is won by a female fighter!

Ashley Cummins

Ashley Cummins is an American mixed-martial artist. She competes in Atomweight. She is currently signed to Invicta FC. Cummins was named the number-one contender in the Atomweight category by Ultimate Fighter. Her mixed martial arts career has been filled with high-level wins and has made her way into the UFC spotlight. Cummins will be facing Kelvin Gastelum in the Atomweight division.

Charmaine tweets, Canadian mixed martial artist, is here to help you. Invicta FC currently has the Featherweight fighter signed. She competes under the Featherweight division. Her mixed martial arts training has allowed her to win several championship belts including one in featherweight. Tweet competed in the UFC in 2006 and is currently a member of Invicta FC.
