You can also read more about the tournament history at the official website.

Brooke Henderson

Brooke Henderson finished first in the field of professional golfers at the Shoprite LPGA Classic. To win the tournament, Brooke Henderson (25-year-old) shot a final round 64. Her 64-hole bogey-free score helped her to the par-5 18th, where she missed a tap in birdie putt. The tournament had been a close call before, but Henderson's final-round 64 was enough to make a playoff and secure her 11th career title.

Julie Inkster won in 1986 the first ShopRite LPGA Classic. This tournament is in its 26th season and one of the oldest on LPGA Tour. Since that year, only Anna Nordqvist and Lydia Lee have won back-to-back events. Lee became the first LPGA Tour winner multiple times, with career earnings of over $11million. Julie Boutier

Boutier took the Meijer LPGA Classic as her target and finished ninth at ShopRite LPGA Classic. Boutier was able to score a six over-par 205 in Chevron Championships. This broke her streak with three consecutive 30s. Boutier tied for 34th in the US Women's Open, with a score average of 72.5. Boutier was unable to make the cut at KPMG Women's PGA Championship. Her third place finish earned her $98,215. She still has impressive metrics for the next five-years.
