Delaware Blue Hens win

The Delaware Blue Hens' star guard earned All-American honors three times during her career. In 2013, she helped the Blue Hens to the NCAA women’s tournament. She currently sits at 11th all time in scoring. Donne is a Colonial Athletic Association all-time leader in scoring, having graduated from the College of Education and Human Development. This is an impressive endorsement for a college basketball star.

Delaware basketball's greatest challenge is to show that its support staff is capable. With a star such as Elena Delle Donne sat out the first few weeks, the rest of the team will be forced to prove itself in the second half. The team has many lines to fill, particularly the first act when the star will be sidelined by Lyme disease.
