Vlatko andonovski, Pia Sundhage, Women's National Team Coach

Vlatko Andreinski is the US women's national soccer coach. He is a former soccer player and a Macedonian. He is the second person to lead the team, and the first since Pia Moondhage in 2000. He has coaching experience for both men and women.

Andonovski became the first woman to coach the national women's soccer team.

Andonovski, a new name in the world of women's football coaching, is an exciting prospect. He matches Ellis's new coach/player role better than Ellis. Ellis' style does not resonate with his playstyle. He is a pioneer in the sport.

Andonovski was raised in the former Yugoslavia. He grew up as a child in Skopje, capital city of Republic of North Macedonia. He spent most of his childhood playing soccer, and watching other players. He became a professional and was eventually promoted to the senior team. After a career as a professional player in the United States, his focus shifted to coaching.

Andonovski, in addition coaching the USWNT has also managed several other teams. He has also been involved in youth soccer coaching. He was an FC Kansas City coach and was well known by players and scouts. His teams reached post-season play in 2013 and 2014. He was also involved in the Missouri Olympic Development Program.


After April Heinrichs 2000, he is now the second coach to move directly from the American pro league coaching to the coaching of the national team.

Er was a great ambassador for the U.S. women’s national team, and a former soccer player who won two U.S. Soccer Female Player of the Year awards. She also played professionally for Juventus and Prato in Italy. She helped countless young players achieve their potential and progress through the national team and to the professional game. The USWNT won a silver medal at 2000 Summer Olympics. In 2003, they won FIFA Women's World Cup. In 2004, the team won the Olympic gold medal. Her role in coaching has been vital to the growth of women's sport in the USA and internationally.

Er was a former professional player in soccer, having played for the Wichita Wings (NPSL) from 2000-02. Later, she played for the Kansas City Comets and Philadelphia Kixx. She was a MISL All-Star twice. In 2008, she earned her Bachelor's Degree from Park University. She also received her Master's in Coaching Education with a Soccer Track from Ohio University in 2018. She currently resides with her family in Kansas City.

After Pia Moondhage's 2000 death, he was the first to transition directly from coaching the pro league to the coaching of the national team.

Pia Sundhage, a former Swedish soccer player and manager, is now a Swedish soccer coach. At the age of 15, she made her debut on the Swedish national team and guided them to two Women's World Cups, as well the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. She won 146 caps and scored 71 goals. In her career, she was also a midfielder and sweeper.

Sundhage is an established coach in her homeland and has a better chance to lead the men's team than most women who made the move. A poll in Sweden showed that she was ranked 25 percent to the next, and 12 percent for the second-placed candidate. She has also been praised by a well-known Swedish management guru.

Sundhage was a key member of the coaching staff for the Philadelphia Charge during their first two seasons in the WUSA. Later she was appointed Sweden head coaching coach. She will continue to hold that title through the summer 2006.
