On Saturday night, at UFC 268 in New York, Rose Namajunas successfully defended her strawweight title against Chinese rival Zhang Weili. Namajunas won her rematch, even though she lost the first fight via submission. Zhang won the fight from Zhang, with two judges deciding in favor of Namajunas. Namajunas hit Torres with a powerful kick, while Zhang was stunned by a head kick. Namajunas won the fight in round one, and secured a takedown which gave Zhang a submission. Jessica Penne, an American mixed martial artist, competes in the Women’s Strawweight Division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
