
The Diamond Resorts TOC is a kick-off event to the LPGA season. In the past, the tournament has been won by baseball Hall of Fame pitcher John Smoltz. It also attracts regulars of the celebrity golf circuit. Ten major champions participated last year. The tournament also includes a Celebrity Division along with a Schedule.
Celebrity division
The Celebrity Division of the Diamond Resorts Tournament features 53 celebrities competing for a $500,000 purse. Annika Sorenstam is a four-time major winner, John Smoltz is a former Atlanta Braves pitcher and Cole Swindell is a country singer/actor. Sorenstam received the Presidential Medal of Freedom during the week.

Annika Sorenstam (an Australian tennis player) is also a celebrity at LPGA Tour. While she has played in many tournaments, including partnering her father in PNC Championships, she has never fought against an LPGA Tour professional. She will be competing in the Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions Celebrity Division, where each celebrity will play their ball in a modified Stableford format. The LPGA pros will pair them with the celebrities in a 72 hole stroke play event.
Packages of tickets
LPGA diamond resorts offer ticket packages that allow you to enjoy the game at a fraction of the cost. The tournament takes place annually in Florida. It is sponsored jointly by Diamond Resorts, the Insurance Office of America and the Insurance Office of America. The tournament attracts celebrities and top women golfers worldwide. The event will take place at the Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club, Orlando, from January 16 to 19.
LPGA tournaments are available in several ticket packages. Prices range from $30 to $60 for a single day or up to $60 for a four-day pass. For those looking to upgrade their experience, Diamond Resorts offers the Club 18 package. This includes a skybox with hole 18, a fully plated lunch, a premium, open bar and access to two evening events. Club 18 packages start at $3,000
Schedule
As the LPGA continues to rebuild, the Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions is expected to dominate its schedule. This tournament will feature 50 celebrity players. Past attendees have included Toby Keith, Alfonso Ribeiro, Grant Hill, Ray Allen, Justin Verlander, Marcus Allen, and Jerry Rice.

Every January, the Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions will be held. It will feature LPGA champions along with celebrities. The 2020 tournament will feature Gaby Lopez, a native of Mexico. John Smoltz is a Hall of Fame pitcher who won the celebrity category and will be defending his title in 2021.
